As a bio-energetic practitioner, I’m always reminding my clients of life’s endless possibilities. The same goes for you! In order to achieve greatness, you must work diligently in cultivating your life in accordance with your values. Life-affirming practices like mindfulness meditation make all the difference in your mindset and your physical reality.
As humans, we have the capacity for boundless success so long as we take time to nurture ourselves. We’re not victims of fate’s evil hand. Quite the opposite! We are superheroes of our own making.
To reach your highest potential, you have every tool in the universe at your disposal. I’ve talked before about how quantum physics proves you can alter reality with the power of your thoughts. There’s an additional, emerging scientific field called epigenetics that also reveals how we can shape our material reality to match our life’s greatest purpose.
Epigenetics is a relatively new scientific field, which makes it so exciting and transformative! It’s a phenomena that proves our environment impacts our physiological makeup – including the way our genes express themselves!
How does this occur? Scientists have discovered that environmental factors such as parental neglect or abuse, work stress, exposure to toxins and a poor diet can have a profound effect on your genetic disposition. All of the factors I mentioned can add or remove chemical labels on our DNA, turning certain genes on or off.
In other words, our environment directly impacts the way our genetic code is scripted and interpreted.
This is a revolutionary way of looking at how the physical makeup of the universe – including our own bodies – can be altered. Are you nurturing yourself? Are you surrounding yourself with positive things and adopting life-affirming practices? Or are you driven by physical or emotional addictions, negative people and toxic environments?
The genes you inherited do not control the outcome of your life. Neither do the terrible experiences of your past that continue to impact you. You can make wise, practical choices in the here and now that can heal your mind, body and spirit. Epigenetics reveals the manifold ways that you can manifest and materialize your highest potential.
As a bio-energetic practitioner, I can guide you through practices designed to overcome the negative emotions and experiences that have you spiritually blocked. You can achieve the life you truly desire. Learn more about my bio-energetic sessions today, or contact me directly. I cannot wait to connect with you!

Personal branding is a way of signaling to others what your unique identity, vision and values are. It’s an authentic revelation of all the things you have to offer the world.
What happens when those values or aspirations change? What happens, and how do we take the next step in our personal or professional growth? That’s where rebranding comes in.
To rebrand is to realign ourselves and our goals by harnessing new, revitalized energy. We grant ourselves new possibilities, new inspirations, and new joys. Simply put, to rebrand means to evolve.
Many people are afraid of change, even though it’s an instinctual, bioenergetic process that’s required for our spiritual growth. We are beings made of energy. We’re driven to evolve. Just like the energy that comprises us, we are constantly in motion. When we harness that powerful, catabolic potential we discover this exciting fact: that we are in an upward-trending spiral toward our highest calling.
Rebranding involves opening yourself up to new opportunities with optimism, and this mindset attracts the very best things in life. Whether it’s a new set of dedicated clients, a new service that’s in alignment with our deepest-held values, or a stronger, more supportive networking circle, we rebrand because we’re working toward something greater than we imagined before.
Energy is just like that. In an earlier blog post, I explain how altering your mindset can physically change your reality, even your biological makeup! This is exactly what rebranding does. An example of this is the branded color scheme. Branded colors are evocative of the emotional energy that’s authentic to your identity and your mission. When chosen wisely, these colors transform the attitudes of everyone who comes in contact with your brand and attracts likeminded, positive energy.
The power suit is another example of this phenomenon. A power suit is a tailored, signature work outfit meant to exude a strong sense of leadership. When you put on your power suit, you feel more confident and successful, which in turn transforms you into a person who is actually – not just potentially – confident and successful beyond their wildest dreams.
People will often rebrand themselves because their old ways of self-marketing aren’t working. Rebranding, however, is more than just a way of attracting better business. An authentic personal brand has the power to attract all the positive resources in the universe. When you change your energy, you change your material reality.
That is the purpose and magic behind rebranding. If you’re ready to embrace change, reach out to me, Amy D, Peak Performance Expert. We’ll begin that journey today!

Letting go is easier said than done. We know intuitively that it’s the best way to create and sustain peace in our lives, but a commitment to surrender can be challenging.
The rewards are great for those who take on that challenge, however. When you commit to surrendering to the givens of existence, you are essentially providing a space for the universe to work its magic.
If you step out of the way, God will take control. But the remarkable irony is that He would have done it anyway. There is literally no point in maintaining the illusion of control.
Our habitual control often takes the form of planning, plotting and scheming. We react in this way because we’re afraid that surrendering our control will lead to a total collapse of our Self. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Our anxious reactions distract us from our deepest needs and desires. They cause us to expend enormous amounts of energy on fruitless, short-term gains, when we could be working toward sustainable success in all that we do. We could be providing a space for miracles – fortuitous opportunities – to occur in our lives.
So how do you surrender? How do you learn to trust the universe and all its synchronicity? Here are some practices to get you started.
- Discover or recover your sense of purpose. Find out what drives you, and what your most profound needs and desires are. The rest is excess.
- Act in accordance with your deepest-held values. Sometimes we maintain habitual control over parts of our lives that don’t even matter to us. Learn to be in mastery of your intentions first before clinging to those insignificant goals.
- Test your reality. We often repeat our negative reactions, because we’re committed to the illusion that we’re in control – that our attempts to manipulate the universe are working. Experiment with “letting go” and see what the results are. You’ll find that the most miraculous events happen when you surrender.
- Allow for more space in your life. Carving out time for yourself is an enormous part of surrendering. When we fill our schedules with things that aren’t in accordance with our deepest values, goals and desires, we are essentially putting our lives on hold.
Surrendering to the givens of existence provides a liberating space for you to take risks, have fun, and work toward your highest achievements in every aspect of your life.
Are you ready to let go of control, and allow yourself to arrive at the place you were meant to? If so, reach out to me, Amy D, so that together we can begin the process of achieving your highest growth potential!

The desire for instant gratification is a part of the human condition. Quick fixes, such as pain relievers that have been in the news recently, mask the original problem without addressing it. The desire to have these problems go away immediately and the reliance on external gratifications systems are leading our country into an epidemic of addictions. When experiencing an injury, typically an individual will go to the doctor.
Seeking help to resolve the pain caused by an injury maybe be the root cause of some cases of addiction. According to the Centers for Disease Control, an estimated 1 in 5 patients with a non-cancer related diagnosis are prescribed opioids in a doctor’s office. Opioids are a class of drugs that interact with nerve cells in the brain and nervous system to produce pleasurable effects and relieve pain. Opioids include several types of drugs: oxycodone, hydrocodone, codeine, morphine, fentanyl and heroin. These drugs relieve physical pain and send a message to your brain that you are no longer injured. That is all an illusion created by the blocked pain receptors. Opioid pain relievers only mask the pain, they do not heal or aid in the repair of the original cause of the pain.
Not everyone who is prescribed a pain-killer or an opioid becomes addicted. However, addictions in general follow this pattern of masking pain, whether that pain is sourced from the physical body or the emotional body. CBS News recently reported that state Attorney Generals are questioning drug companies about how opioids are made and marketed. They are getting fed up with the 12 deaths per day caused by this drug. It’s unlikely that you will meet someone who hasn’t been touched by the effects of opioid addiction. My graduating class alone lost 22 individuals over the years due to this debilitating disease. It’s sad.
All of this begs the question: why are we so accepting of this mask? We know that concealing our pain causes a negative effect on our lives. Masking that pain aggravates our original physical and emotional injuries thus perpetuating the cycle of pain. That cycle spreads to our loved ones and begins to affect other aspects of our life, creating divides in our personal relationships and hindering personal and spiritual growth.
Speak to your doctor or counselor to take the first steps in recognizing the source of your pain and the best steps for healing. In a previous blog post, I discussed how meditation positively impacts your brain. Mindfulness will put you in the appropriate state of mind to face your problems head-on. And if traditional and main-stream methods don’t seem to work for your, consider energetic healing.
Energetic healing or energy work cleanses the body and energies to expedite the healing process for both physical and emotional pain. It works deep to the root of your pain source. While the root of physical maladies is usually recognizable, very often, the root of emotional maladies is not quite so easy to identify. My work with individuals often focuses on peak performance. In the process of reaching that peak, we strip away all of the energetic clutter that is an encumbrance. This same process can help you heal. I want to help you remove the mask and live life full of joy and love. You can learn more about my bioenergetic work on my website and sign up for a session.
