What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?

A mentor is someone who shares their knowledge, skills and/or experience, to help another to develop and grow as well as holds space and coaches them to fulfill their end goals, this is more of a long term relationship. A coach is someone who provides guidance to a client on their goals and helps them reach their potential. This is typically a short term relationship.

What is the difference between life coaching and energy coaching?

A life coach helps counsel and guide clients to get through challenges in their personal and professional life through tools and skills to overcome specific challenges. They set goals, in order to reach their personal and professional goals. An energy coach is someone who helps to release and clear heavy, stuck energy and unwind patterns and themes that recreate obstacles in your personal and professional life. They expand the field of possibilities alongside their clients, set and celebrate achievable milestones. All along the way, having someone to optimize all opportunities by raising your frequency through energy work, coaching, counseling, and wisdom.

What is bio-energetic work?

Bio-Energetic treatment creates a natural balancing of nerve function and communication between the Conscious and Subconscious divisions of the Central Nervous System. It is a gentle, painless, non-forceful methodology of promoting wellness. Bio-Energetics addresses the cause instead of the symptoms exhibited in the individual. Then, quickly the process allows for the body to return to its natural state of emotional, mental, physical, spiritual health.

Will I feel the energy work?

This is up to you. Many do feel a soft movement of energy running through the body or things literally shifting in the body.

How will I know it is working?

Your life will be different in every way. The problems you previously experienced don’t become as apparent. Often, like a tooth that stops hurting, you just don’t think about it anymore, even though it was really bothering you and in the front of your mind before the pain went away.

How will you help me?

I use many different ancient techniques backed by a case study or scientific method to accelerate your healing. Some of these are bio-energetic techniques, behavioral psychology to help you clear the clutter, chaos, and confusion from your life and decision making so it becomes easier to distill.

What happens during a healing session?

This really depends on what you are bringing to the session. Please create a few intentions and send them 24 hours prior to the session, this will help to focus our session. We will begin by looking at any connections, attachments, distractions to clear first then move into your intentions. I will use an energy technique called the body code and a few others to read your subconscious and begin to delete the files that are ready to be cleared so that you can live fully engaged and more connected to the life you really want to live. This method expedites your healing.

Can I be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is largely dependent on the ability to focus. Most people experience hypnosis daily. It is a natural state to move in and out of.
Situations where hypnosis may not work are if the individual is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if the individual has an IQ under 70, in both cases their ability to focus may prevent them from experiencing hypnosis.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Typically, it feels relaxing and with a focused intensity. A great example is watching a movie. Have you ever cried at a sad movie?
Even though you know it’s not real? When watching movies we are focused and slip into a trance, as the plot unfolds, the characters are developed and when the tragedy happens, we may feel it and cry. These are physical responses to hypnosis. You are responding to the way the writers want you to respond. Do you feel different when watching a movie? Most likely not because you are aware of everything around you, this is similar to hypnosis.

Can I be made to do things against my will in hypnosis?

No, you can not. You can reject suggestions or accept them. People accept suggestions when it is in alignment with what they want and reject them if they really do not want them.
