Over time, I have come to experience life as something far more intelligent than the mind can fully organize.
Not intelligent in the way we often think of intelligence through strategy, planning, or control, but intelligent in the sense that life is constantly revealing information. It communicates through moments, through timing, through the subtle sensations that move through the body long before the mind forms a story about them.
Before explanation, before interpretation, there is always sensation. A tightening in the chest when something is out of alignment. A quiet opening when something true is present. A subtle friction when a path is not meant to continue. These signals appear instantly, often long before the mind can understand what they mean.
